"ros install qlot" fails

Using a freshly installed roswell 20.06.14.107, I get this failure:

'qlot' is not a valid target for 'install' -- It should be a name of either:
+ a quicklisp-installable system
+ a common lisp installation
% ros --version
roswell 20.06.14.107(NO-GIT-REVISION)

It's not clear if this is a roswell or qlot issue.
