Dex not restarting with SSL errors.

Once again I apologize for the vagueness. As you can see the error is not correctly wrapped by dex so the dex retry restart doesn't work when using dex:http-request-failed in handler bind.
in my handler-bind I will have to use simple-error instead of dex:http-request-failed which Thanks.
