CTRL+N, CTRL+P do not work in Firefox

Hi @fujieda thanks for a great app.

Unfortunately I can't make it working with my Firefox (61.0.1. win64).

My goal is to make CTRL+N and CTRL+P work as arrows but instead CTRL+N still opens the new Firefox window and CTRL+P tries to print a page.

Some keybindings are working when I select "Select All" though.

Please let me know what info I can provide to make the issue a bit clearer.

P.S. I've followed FAQ's XKeymacs does not reflect setting of Properties Dialog. but it didn't help.
