Support for `marshmallow.fields.Constant` field is missing

Hey @fuhrysteve, I've noticed that the field from above is not included in the list of the supported field types in your library. This looks like a pretty straight-forward contribution and I might give it a shot. Would you be interested in it/have time to review it?
