okay i can install it with bottles using this tut: https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/1576494?n=1 but its technically still not fixed so im not gonna close this issue just yet

But i think i have a slightly different error i get

0138:err:winediag:ntlm_check_version ntlm_auth was not found or is outdated. Make sure that ntlm_auth >= 3.0.25 is in your path. Usually, you can find it in the winbind package of your distribution.
