Translations in core

Do you support having the translations of the core in the core?

If not, a "central" fuel package would be nice, where all the translations could be stored.

Not at the moment, for v2 we're going to set it up. v2 also has system messages (as in generated by the framework, such as exceptions) that can be translated.
