only a single instance allowed AFTER Captcha Code

Hey there,

i am using hassio on my esxi VM. It works great and i want to integrate eufysecurity plugin.

i have trouble with 6.3 from the manual. i move forward to step 7.

if i want to set up the CAPTCHA Code i get after this the message:

i tried to restart HA but it dont works.

i am using iphone 13 as mobile client the eufyapp.

Please help.

Please note: i am new in thes because i used homebridge before and changed 3 days ago to hassio

Only a single instance is allowed error is something expected as long as it continues with installation.

Finally figured it out. The email and password weren't saved in the Configuration page of the Eufy Security Add On. I clicked Edit in YAML in the more menu and was able to save them. After that, everything worked as expected.

Still having the same issue. I've disabled 2FA since that also isn't working at the moment (#407) but still not getting through the Captcha. Getting the same error as this topic.

I tried the 5.3.3 version and still get the single instance error message after the captcha. All devices status remain unknown :(
