Please check existing (open or closed) issues before creating a new one. (https://github.com/fuatakgun/eufy_security/issues?q=is%3Aissue+)

If this is not an issue, you can use Discussions (https://github.com/fuatakgun/eufy_security/discussions) section.

If you are asking for device support, please check Supported Devices List in eufy-security-client (https://bropat.github.io/eufy-security-client/#/supported_devices) first. Your device should be listed there with specific device model number, not device name. You can have similar model names but the support is handled by device model number (TXXXX).

Describe the bug

My doorbell worked perfectly for a long time. Recently it stopped working, so I attempted to reinstall. I removed the custom repo, removed from integrations, HACS, add on etc... restarted, followed your directions to the letter - but when it asks me to validate the CAPTCHA, it says it received authorizaton and will reload in the background automatically, and then it says Failed to Setup, and sends me back to the reauth screen... I've went around in circles on this now a half dozen times.

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Additional information

Go to Settings -> System -> Repairs -> Click on 3 dots (...) -> System Information and get Version and Installation Type to below fields;

EUFY: 8.1.1

eufy-security-ws Current version: 1.9.1

  • Home Assistant Installation Type (OS - Supvervised - Core): Latest
  • Home Assistant Core Version:
  • Eufy Security Add-on Version:
  • Eufy Security Integration Version:
  • Using go2rtc Add-on or webrtc custom integration with integrated go2rtc:

Hardware Information;

  • Live Streaming Protocol (RTSP/P2P):

  • Debug Logs from Home Assistant (https://github.com/fuatakgun/eufy_security/discussions/624) - Without this, I will automatically resolve this issue

There is nothing in my logs about Eufy except for the add on 402f1039_eufy_security_ws_2024-12-06T20-00-51.742Z.log

I had to use port 3001 as 3000 wouldn't work for some reason.

  • Logs from Eufy Security Add-on (either from Add-ons page of Home Assistant or Docker output):

  • Would you share your device with me in case further debugging required? (Yes/No): Yes

Additional context

Add any other context about the problem goes here. Mainly, share everything as log files and use screenshots as last resort.

I have done all the restarts after installing the HACS integration, after installing the ADD-on, after doing the Captcha, etc...
