Add ellipse and rectagle function

Hi, I added functions to draw ellipses (= circles) and rectagle for my own usage. Are you interested to merge this function with the main version?

You can check my code. I am always open to suggestions for improvement. I start code with Rust for 2 or 3 weeks.
