Number entry problem with Azerty keyboard
Nice little piece of software. It's not working properly with my Azerty keyboard though.
When I scan a barcode that starts with HA112, I get HA&&é I tried to change my keyboard layout to qwerty to see if it fixes it, but with a qwerty layout I get HQ112
The text displayed on my phone and on the server app is fine. It is also fine if I copy paste it. The problem only appears with keyboard emulation
I didn't find any setting that could help me with this problem
OS: Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS
Same problem for me, keyboard emaulation not working for number with azerty keyboard. Any news for this issue ?
Try to use the clipboard type method, it will copy the barcode to the clipboard and simulate a CTRL+V press

This is what I have been using as a workaround
It works great for me on Windows, but I have the described problem on Ubuntu 20.04 (the number is correct in the server UI but keyboard emulation print broken characters) and the suggested workaround works well.
Can you test if it still happens with this version? https://www.dropbox.com/s/c6hxno51lrsekox/barcode-to-pc-server.v3.19.0.linux.x86_64.AppImage?dl=1
Thank you
Thanks for the answer @fttx, unfortunately the problem persist.
