Fix highlighting

BibTeX can be highlighted by GitHub, too. This PR enables this feature.

Also fixes a markdown-lint rule --> https://github.com/DavidAnson/markdownlint/blob/main/doc/Rules.md#md022---headings-should-be-surrounded-by-blank-lines
