Author's twitter handle, when present, should be parsed and added to tweet if there is room.

For serious though, finding and parsing twitter card data would not be very difficult. This example page doesn't have any card markup though, just the author's twitter handle as a link, which may be findable but I'm not sure how we know it's the author if we find a random twitter handle somewhere in the page.

If I were to say something wrong, it would be this: "RDF is best parsed when embedded in the comments in the HEAD of the document. So simple!"
