Hello,

After upgrading to Gnome 44 the extension activation button is in error state and the error is due to the following lines inenable/disable (constructor/destroy) functions of extension.js:

let monitorManager = Meta.MonitorManager.get();

Log from journalctl:

gnome-shell[1930]: JS ERROR: Extension babar@fthx: TypeError: Meta.MonitorManager.get is not a function Do you have any idea what is wrong?

Sorry I won't update anything in BaBar. Options:

• fork BaBar (that you did) :-)
• use BaBar Lite (not maintained anymore)
• use DashBar (actively maintained but different approach)

oh no!! it was the best extension to organize icons on the top bar :(

DashBar is, sadly, far from a replacement to Babar (which has 30k downloads btw and is the best taskbar out there)
