FTEQCC GUI (Windows) doesn't load styles anymore

Using new FTEQCC GUI it doesn't load colors from a scintilla.cfg properly anymore, I have attached my styles in the issue for testing. ADDITIONAL NOTE when looking at screenshots, the line numbers aren't shown in new version either despite the option being on, toggling it doesn't do anything
