When spectating other players the screen frequently gets stuck on an angle. The angle itself is variable but I estimate it varies between 1 and 15 degrees. It seems to be related to the cl_roll* settings of the player being spectated.

Can verify it happens when I have cl_rollalpha 0 set and then cycle to a player who is strafing. Spectating in free roam or first person after seems to be stuck at an angle unless you cycle to a player who's view isn't angled at that moment. If I have cl_rollalpha 20 set the engine "fixes" the view automatically, but yes it probably should "just work" with cl_rollalpha 0.
