Any plan to support IT or MPTM?

Hi. Thanks for this great tool.

While .xm format is really good, but it has its limitations which somehow make .xrns conversion sound lossy. If there is a plan to support IT or MPTM (which bassically just an "improved" version of .it) that have more features than .xm, it should be very great.

I've been investigated on a IT conversion some time ago, but I ended to drop it because Renoise works in a very different way than IT, so it doesn't make much sense to me (and so MPTM, altough I've never used this format but I trust about you said).

By the way, if any developer could help me on this request.. would be welcome for sure

Hi, Fabrizio Stellato. Thanks for replying my request. Too bad that I am not a programmer, so I cannot directly contribute to this improvement. (But I will be happy if somehow I can contribute to it other way)

I have read IT specification that is uploaded by you just recent and seems incomplete, isn't it? Maybe OpenMPT Wiki about IT and its effects reference can complete it.

Another developer also discussed in OpenMPT forum about IT https://forum.openmpt.org/index.php?topic=5453.0 , which is something that I think you ever did it as well. So it looks like that OpenMPT forum is the best way to find out more about the IT format.
