kerchunk is pure python, it should support all versions already, if the dependent packages are available.

Zarr dependency is broken. I hope you can find the right one and add 3.11 environment here:

If you would like to report to zarr, that would be fine. Zarr is also pure python, however, so maybe you actually mean numcodecs.
