Fusepy, old libs

Hi dear maintainer,

Thanks for the work!

This maybe is not a real bug/issue, but I put it on the table. In #1085592 was requested to remove python3-fusepy from Recommends, because fuse 2.x is obsolete. There's a PR in fusepy to get support to fuse 3, but it was not accepted yet.

On Debian, I'm going to remove the recommendation to install python3-fusepy. Please, consider update the package to support fuse 3, I don't know if that exists, I didn't search, but it would be great have it in fsspec.

I should note, that FUSE support was never particularly working well in fsspec; but if we offer at all, we ought to try to keep it up to date.
