Fix PGSQL on NET8 and MacOs, not working yet.

error FS3033: The type provider 'FSharp.Data.Sql.SqlTypeProvider' reported an error: Could not create the connection, most likely this means that the connectionString is wrong. See error from Npgsql to troubleshoot: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions, Version=6.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=adb9793829ddae60'. The system cannot find the file specified.

not clear why this dependency is needed, and also why resolution path has to be specified manually and cannot be inferred with search in default nuget package folders for different operating systems?
