Monomorphic functors

Implement monomorphic functors, see http://hackage.haskell.org/package/mono-traversable

This will remove the current incorrect string and StringBuilder instances of Functor, to a place where they belong.

It might also provide more efficient specializations for existing polymorphic Functors (though I don't have any good example right now).
