Cross reference docs to F# design guidelines

Styling related rules need to be cross referenced in the docs to the F# org's guidelines, and if they can't then the rule should be disabled by default

What needs to be updated for this? Documentation? Code? Resource strings? All of these?

Hi @JamesFaix , sorry for the slow response on this, documentation would probably be the place to start. It might be hard to concisely cross reference in the warnings, but we could possibly add another field to the warnings to allow any clients of FSharpLint make use of the cross reference
