FTP type provider?

For some reason, I'm not aware that anyone has suggested an FTP-site type provider. For example, to access this data: ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/

If we did this, do you think this is the right repo for this? It has a lot in common with the FileSystem provider I suppose

There is now a prototype of the FTP type provider at https://github.com/dsyme/FtpTypeProviderExample. Any takers to take this and incorporate it into FSharp.Management?
