[2019-11-16] Migration to AppCenter / Delete `Fake.HockeyAppHelper`

All apps will be transitioned to AppCenter by November 16, 2019. Will Fake.HockeyAppHelper be updated to the AppCenter API?

@bidy I guess it will if someone can send a PR? Otherwise, I understand that we can delete the module after this date?
