WIP: Update Dependencies to Net46

This PR is still a WIP for #17 : the following have been completed:

  • Updated the project dependencies to the latest versions compatible with net46.
  • Updated Type Provider SDK to Latest.
  • Updated Build scripts to work with FAKE 4.64.18

WIP :

  • Fix GenerateDocs as they currently break because they cant find the local FSI and call.
  • Test changes on different versions of CRM to make sure it still works.
