Add F# Visual Studio iOS + Android Templates

There will be F# Android and iOS templates in XamarinVS eventually, I think they have been completed for Android

If it's possible to do them via a community route then it is better not to wait and instead do them now.

The android ones were done 6 month ago I think, they would be part of the VS addin release. Maybe ask Miguel nicely to open source them...

The repo linked above includes the Xamarin Studio Mac, iOS and Android templates for F#.

It's possible they can be adapted for use in Visual Studio, I'm not sure.

Those are now depreciated, having being absorbed into the MonoDevelop fork which includes F#
