update am audio level for secam L

Hi, I made some tests with an old French secam TV from late 80s and the sound had some parasites and noise. I ran multiple tests with different values for am audio level and 20 seems the optimum.

Sorry for not commenting on this sooner. You might need to reduce the level of the video carrier as the total level between video, audio and NICAM is greater than 1.0.

No problem ;) I know how it is difficult sometimes to keep up on sides projects like this. Ok, I will run some tests and submit new values.
