Can you elaborate? We do have a button for scanning transcripts directly into the cart in odie/next.

Typing the barcode into the search in the currently deployed version doesn't yield results. Additionally, being able to remove transcripts by scanning barcodes is probably something that'd be useful ("I want all except those I already have"), not sure if thats already in :)

Ah, I see. Removing scanned documents wouldn't be too hard to implement, but I'm not sure how to integrate that into the existing UI. Perhaps scanned documents could be displayed on the left side instead and then added to/removed from the cart selectively from there (which we'll need for #80 anyway).
