Group synchronization issue

When a user is removed from a group in the LDAP, they are removed from the bitpoll group the next time they log in to bitpoll. But if they never log in again, they will not be removed from the group and still receive invitations for the group. Therefore the group memberships should be refreshed before an invitation is sent out.
