HTTP Header Manager parameters not passed

If I add parameters into the config element HTTP Header Manager, they won't be passed.

I tried with the master as well as this one https://github.com/RayOei/JMeter-WebSocketSampler (Upgrade branch)

Either adding it to the thread group or directly within the WebSocket Sampler won't work.
