Question about language specs for last releases

Is there some specific reason why there are not language specs since 4.1 version?

@chespinoza Since we moved to the RFC system for describing language additions it's been tricky to find the time to fold the RFCs back into the overall language specification. (The same has been true of C# actually, though they may have updated now)

That's the only reason.

It actually wouldn't take much to update the language spec. There is also a desire to move the spec to markdown.
