Attach album to event and notify members upon upload

Now the photographer needs to enter all the event details manually (Title, description and date) which is cumbersome. One could allow linking the album to an event and auto-fill all these things. Also, if the event has event_users (attending persons), we can notify these users that photos from the event exist.
