Charging Priority

In the E3DC App there is a feature to prioritize the charging of the car via the wall box or the charging of the battery. I don't think changing this setting is currently supported here, but I would be glad if it did, as this makes some scenarios easier to implement.

Please let me know if there is a default format for feature requests, then I shall edit this to that.
