This fixes #131.

The PR is ready to merge. It also solves an issue of Dropbox giving unicode characters in file names. I use the id to download the file, thus the content is always correct. However the filename cannot handle accents correctly (see #134).

The compiled KoboRoot.tgz of this PR does not install for me. No .add folder gets created. The compiled KoboRoot.tgz of the latest release / PR target works. I'm using a Kobo Libra H2O running the latest version 4.32.19501.

@fsantini I think that the PR is ready to merge, at least one person was able to make it work. Also, the current state with my fork needing different instructions makes a lot of people confused.
