Multiple sensor interfaces

More of a request than an issue.

Being able to pull from more than 1 heat/humidity sensor, moisture sensor and control more than one fan, set of lights or pump

Really great idea! I think the lights, pump and fan are straightforward. Just curious your thoughts on the Temp/Humidity sensor. On the dashboard we show the current temperature of the growing environment. With several temperature readings how would you envision we display that data? Sensor 1, sensor 2, sensor 3 that rotates? Perhaps an average of all the sensors or something else? Curious your ideas/preference.

For Temp and Humidity. I am looking to have multiple grow "zones". Or as I originally assumed you had as "crops". Each crop would have its own controls. Lights fans pump. The temp and humidity controls would be for each crop. Either defined under crops or as a drop-down you could pick the sensor.

Ahh, okay, I understand. I like the ability to assign sensors per crop also. I agree with your thinking, I think that is the more logical approach. Growers would have one environment per crop usually, as opposed to many crops per environment. Obviously both can be an option also. Great feedback!

Is it possible to add an additional fan the way current software is configured? I need an intake an and exhaust fan for my current setup.

Do you need them to be independently controlled? You could put them on the same circuit, of course.

Hey, i just found out about your project, coming from an old raspiviv install. I love the fresh look of Fruxe, but i am missing the options to use my 8 Chan relay. The way i had it configured in Raspiviv was with 2 "Growzones" one for the Vegitative Phase and one for the Flowering Phase, which then had Sensors, Fans and Pumps attached. So yeh, maybe make it possible to add Zones or Rooms which then we can attach Plants, Fans, Lights and Sensors to.

Like Base measure, room1 sensor 1 Veg room, room 2, light 1, fan 1, pump1, sensor 2, Plant 1, Plant 2 Grow room, room 3, light 2, fan 2, pump2, sensor 3, aux fan 1, Plant 3, Plant 4

First, great project.! Thank you for sharing.

I am a commercial hydroponic farmer, I think it's better to first create a zone. (folder like) then inside the zone you can add sensors, crops or activities like cleaning, irrigation reservoirs etc. That way you can control multiple zones without the need to limit your self with 1 crop or 1 set of sensors.

Hope this helps.

Hi, Is any chance to add PH sensor?

Hello @fruxefarms , It's perfect tool for indoor farmers! Thank you for that! If there is a chance to add multiple sensor? As I wanted to have two plants, each with own water pump and soil sensor. Please let me know if the project is valid now :)
