Still an issue as of now.

Can confirm this behavior. Swipe and bottom bar snap to mouse and get dragged around after clicking an of the buttons once.

Would be nice as well. I only have one camera preset personally zooming a bit more out, otherwise I just like to explore out of bounds areas or look at...
