Add Eltako variant of A5-12-01 (for e.g. DSZ14DRS)

This is running in my installation now for some days. I think it should work.

Looking at [1] I think this should work with all devices listed therein. It should therefor be reasonably safe to make this the default EEP for Eltako A5-12-01 devices.

Serial number updates are currently ignored.
