@dimakr what is the actual outcome, that the test is slow ? stress command is failing ? I.e. can a test still finish and pass, like that ?

the event we get is RUNTIME_ERROR, while we filter DATABASE_ERROR it should be both

If it's more focused like that, we are using subtests in manager, we should warp subtest context manager to add to the logger as we do in dtest and append...
This is still relevant, not urgent/critical. But something can be done as one of early steps into SCT

I think this is an issue specific to docker backend, since this file exist and was created by root already see https://github.com/scylladb/scylla-cluster-tests/commit/565e996bd37f2dc288db4c71c0cef046a38a2664
