WebInstaller - System Setup Tab - Enable News feed toggle does not survive 'show advanced options'

Describe the bug This is a small GUI issue.

When you are installing, on the 'System setup' tab you have the 2 options changeable with a toggle.

• Show advanced options
• Enable the official newsfeed

If you enable the newsfeed and then toggle Show advanced options the newsfeed option becomes deselected.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get to the 'System setup' tap during the install
2. Enable the official newsfeed
3. Toggle Advanced settings
4. See error: the 'Enable the official newsfeed' toggle has gone back to off.

This error also happens if you start with the advanced options on and then go to simple.

Expected behavior The toggle of the official newsfeed should stay on if selected.
