Libra 2 PgUp/Dn does not trigger refresh

In Libra 2, the page up/down buttons are not as KEY:23 KEY:24, therefore these do not trigger refresh.

they are, but the patch ( grab=1 → grab=0 ) is no longer working in the libra 2 firmware, so these input events aren't registered

miniclock is outdated, use niluje's nanoclock instead
