Enable live local stream, like ntsc

It would be great if you were able to make this stream a localized liveview on the network, that way it could be added, for instance, as a network camera to motioneye os (also on github if not familiar). I wouldn't even mind if it stopped streaming to blink, as I do not care for these streaming thru someone elses ports methods, I'd much rather have my cams on motioneye and then simply access that. Anyways, saw yiur project after a friend got a 2nd one of these cames for a screaming deal due to employee posting incorrect price, unfortunatley for me it's useless without being able to push it thru motioneye as I already have my other cams there and having a 2nd app just for the one seems pointless, and severely lacking in features and abilities (like having to pay for cloud storage, gawd. Why would anyone want to do that with free google drive 15gb, free mega 50gb, just to name a few, I have plenty of cam storage in cloud!)

Yeah this would be a great addition. I haven't been able to get streaming working quite yet (mostly due to a lack of time) but I'd love to have something like this.
