I tested a new user on this machine, and it works fine. I suspect this means it has to do with something in my settings. I'm including my settings.xml. [settings.xml](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/23361351/settings.xml)...
A workaround for this is to use the following: ``` $ GDK_BACKEND=x11 xournalpp ``` I believe this forces it to use XWayland. Rob
