Crash in Virtualbox/Mac

Virtualbox Version: 5.2.18 r124319 (Qt5.6.3) Releases tried: Mezzano.Demo.2, Mezzano.Demo.3, Mezzano.Demo.4

When booting from the vmdk, the boot process crashes with a message that says "Exception 13"

I was getting this error, but noticed that I hadn't followed through the steps found on:

https://github.com/froggey/Mezzano/releases

If you open the settings for the Mezzano VM you created, then go to the advanced settings of the network tab and set the adapter type to virtio-net, the problem will get fixed. Or at least, that is one cause of getting to Exception 13
