Graphical Issues

There are currently graphical issues. The scanline scrolling isn't working, and under certain occasions, the screen may scroll rapidly (common during the start of battles?).

A lot of the graphics handling will need to be rewritten..

The rapid scrolling appears to have been fixed as of https://github.com/froggestspirit/pokecilver/commit/07d18778c223914c7b9ac8437f2e885c5753a769
