Can I use `wp-remote-users-sync` to connect to an OAuth2 provider

I have a non-Wordpress OAuth2 server that provides User login and user data. I would like to use this provider to log into my Wordpress site and sync the user's data to the Wordpress site. Will this plugin do that? What I can see through documentation and settings is only screens to add websites and not security keys, which leads me to think not?
