Permalink issue

Hi, When I am testing it, i get this error message.

Error contacting the remote site: an undefined error occured. Please make sure the address is correct and try again. On the remote site, please make sure the plugin is activated and that the permalinks are up to date by visiting the permalinks settings page.

And activity log shows this message

Maybe this issue was solved before. But I couldn't find it. Hired folks on FIverr. And they can't figure it out.
