There is a full list of atom files here https://github.com/openaddresses/openaddresses/blob/master/scripts/es/xml_urls.txt But the atom files cannot be used directly (as I know) and need to be processed by the script.

`..` means parent directory, so it is expected in the root directory of the project. Are you running in an other platform than linux ?
It is not be tested recently on MaOS, it may have issues. Check the path front within the docker container. Something like that: ``` docker-compose run --rm backend bash ls...

We already have seen this issue in plugin directory and replaced 'FR' by 'Lang_fr'.
