Complementing, I noticed the virsh command (from which the non-idempotent commands defined by the module are similar, presumably) uses: - [start](https://libvirt.org/manpages/virsh.html#start): to _"Start a (previously defined) inactive domain"_ - [create](https://libvirt.org/manpages/virsh.html#create):...
