Cannot turn off UL/OL after increased/decreased indent

Expected behavior.

Unordered List (UL) and Ordered List (OL) can be turned off after toggling the button Increase Indent/Decrease Indent

Actual behavior.

UL and OL are still displaying

Steps to reproduce the problem.

1. Inputting two or three lines of text
2. Select all of them and toggle Increase Indent
3. Toggle UL or OL on
4. Toggle UL/OL off
