InsertVideo, insertImage and some other buttons are not there in 3.0.6 version

I have created a code sandbox to demonstrate this: https://codesandbox.io/s/laughing-cache-bhjmx There are a lot of buttons that are simply missing?

Note - the version I am using in 3.0.6 (and this is the version I want to use because 3.1.0 has some other issues we are experiencing - https://github.com/froala/wysiwyg-editor/issues/3833)
