Invalid Bower dependecnies

As I've pointed our here the recent release of 2.9.8 is breaking bower builds.

The dependency of froala-wysiwyg-editor version 2.9.8 is missing from the bower repo.

As you can see by running bower info froala-wysiwyg-editor, 2.9.8 is not on the list of available versions.

For now I had to fix the bower versions at 2.9.7...
